There is no charge for cancellations 12 hours or more in advance. Cancellations made between one hour and twelve hours in advance will be billed 1/2 hour. Cancellations 1 hour or less before session time will be billed for the entire session. A no show is considered a cancellation. Emergencies and other situations will be handled in a case by case basis.
